My Goods can deliver before Chinese New Year ?
To our dearest customer. Our company will close for Chinese New Year from 23/1/20 (Thursday) to 28/1/2020 (Tuesday). We will resume operation on 29/1/20 (Wednesday).
Ready stock –
Last order on 19/1/19 (Sunday) to deliver before Chinese New Year.
Order on 20/1/20 (Monday) and on wards will deliver after our Chinese New Year Holidays.
Customization Stock –
Last order on 14/1/20 (Tuesday , before 2pm) to deliver before Chinese New Year.
Order on 15/1/20 (Wednesday) and on wards will deliver after our Chinese New Year Holidays.

How soon will the shipment arrive?
You can expect to receive your goods delivered to you within 7-10 working days from the day of order unless otherwise specified in our website.
Delivery times may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control.
What is the warranty period of the products purchased?
Customers are requested to examine the goods on delivery.Any claims on these goods must reach us within 7 days of delivery, subject to manufacturer defect only.
How much is the delivery fee?
Free delivery within Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. For other states, we charge a nominal 5% delivery fees of the total order amount(within Peninsular Malaysia). For other destination please contact us for the freight fees.
Do you provide installation services ?
All of our online product is a “DIY” Product. Simple installation is require done by our customer. If customer who want to include the installation services from our specialized team kindly chat with our stuff for more information.
What kind of payment do you accept?

At this moment we do not provide Cash On Delivery service.
REFUND AND RETURN
What is your Return and Refund Policy?
Return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 7 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of voucher to be emailed to you for use in our online store. There will be restocking fees applied for requests on store credit to cover for initial delivery costs and other incidental costs. Restocking fees vary from RM50 for small items to RM200 for big furniture. Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
