Delivery Policy

Yes, we are only cover within Peninsular Malaysia.

Normally it will take around 1-3 working days to proceed ship after received your order. After shipped, courier side are requires another 2-7 working days to delivered. 

Sometimes, you can expect the parcel will reach you earlier. But for sometimes, delivery times may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control.

Our team will try to assist to change your delivery address if the order haven’t proceed to ship. Kindly contact to our shipping dept. directly at 012-755 7369 to update the correct delivery address. 

We do not accept any changes if the order is ready to ship. Kindly make sure your delivery address is correct before proceed to check out.

The shipping fees will be auto calculate by system based on the products.

Yes, for outskirt area will have an additional charges. eg: langkawi/pangkor/genting are counted as outskirt area.
However, you can still proceed to place the order as our team will contact you for the top up shipping fee purpose.

Yes, it have additional charges if the parcel is return back to our warehouse. The reason of return due to the recipient failed to collect the parcel with courier.

Order Policy

Our team will try to assist if you are requested to change before the order is shipped. We do not accept any changes if the order is ready to ship.

Return/ Refund/ Exchange Policy

All the refund or exchange request must be made within 7 days start counted from the date your parcel is completely delivered at your house.  

To entitle for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

  2. Uninstalled
  3. Wrong item received
  4. Manufacturer defect
  5. Item packed in the boxes and the packing condition it’s same as what you’ve received
