Can I request for a refund or exchange?
All the refund or exchange request must be made within 7 days start counted from the date your parcel is completely delivered at your house.
To entitle for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturer defect
- Item packed in the boxes and the packing condition it’s same as what you’ve received
Color Life’s team will be arrange for the return tracking waybill and send to you via Whatsapp.
How about the return / exchange shipping cost?
All related return / exchange shipping cost will be bear by customer if the item is not subject to manufacturer defect.
