Do you cover only within Peninsular Malaysia?

Yes, we are only cover within Peninsular Malaysia

How soon will the shipment arrive?

Normally it will take around 1-3 working days to proceed ship after received your order. After shipped, courier side are requires another 2-7 working days to delivered. 

Sometimes, you can expect the parcel will reach you earlier. But for sometimes, delivery times may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control.

Can I change my delivery address after I placed the order?

Our team will try to assist to change your delivery address if the order haven’t proceed to ship. Kindly contact to our shipping dept. directly at 012-755 7369 to update the correct delivery address. 

We do not accept any changes if the order is ready to ship. Kindly make sure your delivery address is correct before proceed to check out.

How much is the shipping fees?

The shipping fees will be auto calculate by system based on the products.

Any additional charges for outskirt area?

Yes, for outskirt area will have an additional charges. eg: langkawi/pangkor/genting are counted as outskirt area.
However, you can still proceed to place the order as our team will contact you for the top up shipping fee purpose.

Any additional charges for East Coast Malaysia?

Only for bulky item (Sofa 2+3 /Sofa 1+2+3/Sofa L-shape) will have an additional charges. However, you can still proceed to place the order as our team will contact you for the top up shipping fee purpose.

Any additional charges for re delivery?

Yes, it have additional charges if the parcel is return back to our warehouse. The reason of return due to the recipient failed to collect the parcel with courier.
